JP Interior Design offers a variety of services to suit individual needs    

In Home Consultation
Up to a ninety minute session to assess client’s interior design needs and answer specific design questions to help client avoid costly mistakes.  Recommendations for paint colors, furniture arrangement and basic elements of interior design are included in the consultation.   

Interior Design Plan
After an initial in home consultation a written interior design plan will be developed.  This plan includes all aspects of the visual interior design plan, minus the visual scale, swatches, samples or shopping list.  A list of suggested retailers will be provided.  

Visual Design Plan
A written detailed visual interior design plan and layout will be developed for each space including basic interior design elements such as, color, balance, harmony, scale and proportion.  The plan includes a ¼ scale floor plan or an artist illustration, photos, swatches or samples, and shopping list for specific furnishings, finishes, and accessories. Recommendations for furnishings, accessories, lighting, flooring and window treatment will be provided. Furniture styles will be recommended to support the client’s style and or architectural integrity of the space.  A list of suggested retailers will be included with the plan.   

Interior Design Implementation
Implementation of approved interior design plan including shopping and selecting approved furniture, accessories, flooring, paint, window treatment. Furniture arrangement and accessory placement. Installation/management of window treatment, supervising of painting and lighting installation.  

Re-design
Transforms the client’s residence by applying traditional interior design principles that utilize the client’s existing furnishings, art, and accessories.  Uses color theory, lighting, accessorizing, and spatial design techniques to create customized interior design.  Uses the natural strength of each space’s focal point to build on a thematic impression representing the client’s personal style.   

Staging
Residential staging is utilized to maximize client’s selling potential in the real estate market.  Traditional interior design principles are applied to neutralize the client’s home by adding universal design elements that appeal to potential buyers 

Professional Organizing
Professional organizing helps clients to reclaim their space and their lives by developing a strategic plan including designing systems and processes using organizing principles such as sorting, purging, categorizing, and maintenance.  Professional organizing applies diverse modalities customized to support’s clients learning style, personality, physical and mental capacity and other factors. Consultation
A 90 minute session is offered to assess client’s needs.  Recommendations are suggested to begin the process of organizing.

Professional Organizing Plan
A strategic plan is developed including designing systems and processes using organizing principles. The plan applies individualized techniques customized to support client’s learning style, personality, physical and mental capacity and other factors.  Organizing services culminate with the transferring of organizing skills to clients.

Implementation
The organizer works with the client to eliminate clutter and create a space that supports client’s well-being.  Implementation is based on the organizing plan.

Maintenance
A maintenance system is designed to meet individual needs and assist with maintaining order.
